At Tip Skill Academy, we aim to provide high-quality educational content and a smooth learning experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be issued.

By enrolling in any of our courses or accessing our services, you agree to this policy.


1. No Refund on Purchased Courses

All course purchases made through Tip Skill Academy are final and non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Online courses & Offline Couses
  • Recorded video sessions
  • Study materials
  • Any digital educational content

Once access is granted, no refund or cancellation will be processed under any circumstances.


2. Why Refunds Are Not Allowed

  • Our courses consist of digital content, which cannot be returned once accessed
  • Users gain immediate access to videos, materials, and downloadable resources
  • The value of the course is delivered digitally and instantly
  • Prevents misuse of learning resources and intellectual property

3. Duplicate Payments

In case you are charged twice for the same course:

  • The duplicate transaction amount will be refunded to your original payment method
  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after verification

4. Cancellation Policy

Since courses are delivered digitally:

  • We do not allow cancellations after the purchase is completed
  • No partial or full cancellation requests will be accepted

5. Course Access Issues

If you face difficulty accessing a course:

  • Contact our support team immediately
  • We will resolve technical issues or grant access manually
  • Access problems do not qualify for a refund

6. Incorrect Purchase

If you have accidentally purchased the wrong course, refunds will not be provided.
However, course switching may be allowed only if:

  • The new course price is equal or higher
  • The switch request is made within 24 hours
  • Access to the original course has not been fully used

Final decision remains with Tip Skill Academy.


7. Payment Gateway Charges

Any additional charges deducted by banks, UPI apps, credit/debit card providers, or payment gateways are non-refundable.


8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding transactions:

  • Write to us at Tipskillacademy@gmail.com
  • Provide your order ID, payment proof, and issue details
  • The Tip Skill Academy team will resolve it at the earliest

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
